District Council has awarded the ACV. Mr Sandhu has requested review of the decision.

- Traffic and Speedwatch Update.
Received email from parishioner regarding reducing speed limit on Long Toll. Not residential, so unlikely to succeed.
MH to draft response.
MW has volunteered to meet the traffic team on August 5th. Suggested to add Long Toll junction to the discussion. Pot holes also raised, including in passing places. MH volunteered to join MW for the meeting.

- Agreed £110 quote from AW Grounds for hedge trimming down to the War Memorial.

Query from SODC on CIL payments – do we want to leave the arrangement as it is? Agreed to leave it as it is, paid automatically.

Path maintenance team have Hods Corner on their maintenance list. Also doing Footpath 73 by Copyhold. Also the footpath by Beeches Farm.

Goals on the village have been repaired with spare parts bought by the Parish Councill.

Copy date is Friday 12th July for 1st August printing. Likely 24 pages.

Dance Academy are stopping using the hall. More spaces to fill. New cleaner appointed on a casual basis.
- Planning and Unauthorised Developments.
- The Old Village Inn P24/51901/LDE. HD did not think that this was an issue – checking whether existing permission is still valid. PC did not object to the original application. LC to respond NSV.
- P24/S1748. BP application. 2 objections received, one referring to the pond on the BP site. Temporary planning application (5 years). LC to respond – NSV
