Minutes were agreed.

Mapledurham road closure in September: discussed, no objections).

District Council has awarded the ACV. Mr Sandhu has requested review of the decision.

1. 1. Crays Pond Project update

No news.

No news.

1. 1. Traffic and Speedwatch Update.

Received email from parishioner regarding reducing speed limit on Long Toll. Not residential, so unlikely to succeed.

MH to draft response.

MW has volunteered to meet the traffic team on August 5^th. Suggested to add Long Toll junction to the discussion. Pot holes also raised, including in passing places. MH volunteered to join MW for the meeting.

1. Agreed £110 quote from AW Grounds for hedge trimming down to the War Memorial.
2. Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)

Query from SODC on CIL payments – do we want to leave the arrangement as it is? Agreed to leave it as it is, paid automatically.

1. 1. Footpaths and Rights of Way.

Path maintenance team have Hods Corner on their maintenance list. Also doing Footpath 73 by Copyhold. Also the footpath by Beeches Farm.

1. 1. Playgrounds.

Goals on the village have been repaired with spare parts bought by the Parish Councill.

13. The Newsletter / Website / Social Media.

Copy date is Friday 12^th July for 1^st August printing. Likely 24 pages.

14. The Parish Hall.

Dance Academy are stopping using the hall. More spaces to fill. New cleaner appointed on a casual basis.

15. Planning and Unauthorised Developments.
    1. The Old Village Inn P24/51901/LDE. HD did not think that this was an issue – checking whether existing permission is still valid. PC did not object to the original application. LC to respond NSV.
    2. P24/S1748. BP application. 2 objections received, one referring to the pond on the BP site. Temporary planning application (5 years). LC to respond – NSV
    3. Nothing to report.
